Welcome to ApplianceCove.com. Appliance Cove provides features and services to you are subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop on ApplianceCove.com, YOU ACCEPT THESE CONDITIONS OF USE, PRIVACY POLICY, RETURN POLICY and all other disclaimers and terms that appear elsewhere on ApplianceCove.com. Please read them carefully. Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, videos, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Appliance Cove or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. 

Site Access Permission

Appliance Cove grants you permission to make personal use of this site. This permission does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; or any use of data mining, robots, spidering or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Appliance Cove. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Appliance Cove without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Appliance Cove's name or trademarks without the express written consent of Appliance Cove. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission granted by Appliance Cove. 

Product Display/Colors

ApplianceCove.com attempts to display accurate product images. However, alternate images are sometimes displayed when the correct images are not available. You must carefully read the product specifications to verify your purchase and not rely solely on the images. We cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends upon the monitor you are using. Appliance Cove does not take responsibility for the quality of the images as well as sales that resulted from the image. 

Errors on Our Site

Pricing and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, description and/or errors in pricing, ApplianceCove.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it in accordance with Appliance Cove’s Return Policy

Sale Disclosure

Sales and discounts do not include every brand, make or model. Please check your shopping cart for the exact discount amount. Not all sales are combinable with other special offers and/or rebates. Total qualifying price does not include delivery or installation fees. 

Sales Tax

Appliance Cove is located in Arkansas and therefore does not collect sales tax in any other state outside of Arkansas. 

Sales tax in Arkansas will be collected and is calculated in the shopping cart at checkout. Add your items to the cart and you will be given the option to enter your zip code to see your total before you proceed to checkout information. 

Order Acceptance

Electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. 

Paying for Your Order

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. Please note that as quickly as your payment is received and verified, you order will be processed; you need to factor in five to seven business days for your check to clear before your order ships. You may also check out using PayPal. You can also see if you qualify for Bill Me Later. 
Generally, credit and debit card are not charged until we either ship the order. However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Special order items are charged when the order is placed and cannot be cancelled. 

Credit Card Declines

If your credit card is declined during order processing, we will attempt to notify via email and/or by telephone. You will have 14 business days to contact us with an alternative form of payment. If after 14 business days we have not received a response, your order will be canceled. 

Alternate Billing/Shipping Address

If you have placed an order with a billing address other than what your credit card company has on file for you, your order will be held until we can verify the correct billing address. If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you must list the shipping address as an alternate address on your credit card. If it is not on file your order will be held. Your order will remain on hold for 14 business days, after which if we have not received a response to our requests that the shipping address must be listed as an alternative address, your order will be canceled. 

Order Processing

Actual shipping times are contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item or cancel your order. 

Return Policy

For damaged shipments, defective merchandise, or the product does not meet your needs please review our full Return Policy

  • Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery.
  • After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims.
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.
  • Call the manufacturer if product is defective after the first use.
  • In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without a RA.
  • All returns are subject to a 15 to 30 percent restocking fee.
  • Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items.
  • Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received.
  • You must return the item using the same shipping methods as it was originally shipped.
  • We do not accept returns on air conditioners, special orders or accessories.
  • Appliance Cove reserves the right to refuse returns.
